Four years.

Dear Rory,

Where has the time gone? Daddy and I were just talking about the day you were born and we can almost remember it like it was yesterday. It was cold and rainy while we were at the hospital and we watched Animal Planet while we rested and waited. :)
Grandma arrived just in time to see you into the world and we have never looked back.
Having you in our lives has given us more than we had ever hoped, anticipated or prayed for. You are the sweetness in our day, the grace in our lives and the love in our hearts. We know we are blessed every morning when we wake up because God has given you to us. We try everyday to strive to be the best parents we can be for you and know sometimes we fail, but pray you can look past our shortcomings.
We love to learn new things about your personality, what you think is funny and the quirks you have picked up along the way. You catch us off guard sometimes at how much you remember now and we hope you can remember the best of what we try to be for you.
We know there are major changes coming in our lives with Baby Brother on the way, but hope the upheaval doesn't make you too unhappy. We prayed and prayed to be able to give you the gift of a sibling and hope you can make the best of the changes in your life.
